Terms of use & sale
Written to be read. The unusual parts are flagged, the refund promise is real, and nothing here tries to take away rights the law gives you.

What this is
A planning and statistics tool for Fantasy Premier League. It is an unofficial fan-made product, not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Premier League or Fantasy Premier League.
Player and fixture data comes from the official public FPL API. Projections, ratings and recommendations are estimates — we publish a weekly audit of our own accuracy precisely because no model predicts football reliably. Nothing here is betting advice, and you should not stake money on anything this tool says. Your FPL decisions, and their consequences, are yours.
The free tier
Free, no account needed, and your data saves in your own browser — which means clearing your browser deletes it, and we can't recover it. The Export button and an optional account both exist so you can protect yourself against that. We may change or discontinue features, but the free tier's core purpose — build, rate, plan — is the product, not a trial.
Pro — Season Pass 2026/27
A one-time payment that unlocks the Pro features for the whole 2026/27 FPL season. It is not a subscription and nothing renews.
What's included is listed at the point of purchase. Features marked as shipping during the season unlock automatically when they ship; buying early means paying less partly because some of it arrives during the season. Access is delivered immediately after payment — by activating on your device and, where you use one, on your account email. Purchases made through Gumroad before 9 August 2026 are honoured indefinitely on their existing licence keys.
Refunds
If Pro hasn't paid for itself in points by the Gameweek 19 deadline (2 January 2027), email us and we'll refund you in full. No form, no argument — the receipts decide.
That promise sits on top of your statutory rights, not instead of them: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have a 14-day right to change your mind about digital content, which you consent to waive only to the extent that the content is supplied immediately at your request — and our GW19 promise is longer than that anyway. To claim either, email fplreceipt@gmail.com from the address you bought with.
Accounts, usernames and sharing
Accounts are optional. If you make one, keep the email accurate — it's how Pro follows you. Usernames and shared squads are public by your choice; we may remove a username or shared content that impersonates someone, is abusive, or breaks the law, and we may suspend accounts that attack the service. Turning sharing off removes your public page immediately.
The honest limits of our liability
We're liable for what the law says we're liable for. We're not liable for your FPL rank.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law forbids it (such as for fraud). Beyond that, the service is provided as-is: we don't warrant that projections are accurate, that the FPL API stays up, or that the service is uninterrupted, and our total liability to you is capped at the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months. FPL points, ranks and mini-league outcomes are, gloriously, not something anyone can be liable for.
Changes
We can update these terms; material changes will be dated at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it — and if a change to Pro materially reduces what you paid for mid-season, the refund promise above covers you.
